Hello and welcome! We are delighted to share a little about Ballarat Connect Care and the services we offer. We are Early Childhood specialists with a strong passion for supporting young children and their families through the challenges and joys of early life. With over two decades of combined experience, our dedicated team is committed to making a meaningful and positive difference in the lives of children and their families.
We are also pleased to share that we now have capacity to offer Speech Therapy, further strengthening our ability to support children’s communication, participation, and overall development.

We primarily support NDIS participants and their families, offering a strong key-worker model with one clear point of contact. We work collaboratively with families to develop goals that align with their NDIS plans and reflect each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Our goal is to walk alongside families with compassion, expertise, and clarity—helping navigate the NDIS system while ensuring children receive meaningful, personalised support.

All of our specialists hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and/or other relevant fields, providing a strong foundation in child development, learning, and evidence-based practice. Our team is highly skilled in trauma-informed practice, and we have extensive experience supporting children with developmental delay, autism, and those who have experienced adversity or trauma.With the addition of Speech Therapy services, we are able to provide more holistic and integrated support, addressing speech, language, communication, and social interaction needs alongside developmental and emotional wellbeing.
